The name of the program is "Haneru no Tobira" (Knock on a Jumping Door). The guys are dressed as grasshoppers not as fish. They compete in different challenges in that particular corner. Yes, the penalty is breathing foul breath. The program has lots of fun and creative games. I met two of the guys who work on the show.
Also, all of the people on the program are famous Japanese comedians.
